Donna Eden is the woman who created Eden Energy Medicine. She is my teacher along with her wonderful staff at her school of Energy Medicine. Her Innersource school is the most comprehensive Energy Medicine teaching available today. Innersource graduates are succesful, professionals and are provided ongoing professional development and support.

Kelsey has developed her skills supporting youth, adults, parents, families and caregivers over the past eight years. Her work has brought her together with individuals and families who are facing difficulties such as addictions, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, family and parenting concerns and trauma. Kelsey creates a safe space to explore client’s current situations, with the focus on how to create a brighter tomorrow and would be honoured to support you for this leg of your journey.
